Breakfast was tasty, appreciated the position.

It was based in really nice building in an excellent location, to pick us up from the CTM station. It was also close enough to the cafe next to reception.

We had a pleasant experience. The property was fairly clean and staff was amicable. They gave us clean triple room with a balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants and supermarkets, the mountains, and Morocco. Went for dinner at The Buffet at Bellagio, located within 5 minutes walking distance.

Setting was excellent, I did not want to leave.

The breakfast was great and filling, and the view from the room was beautiful. the location was perfect and close to interesting sights. the price was very affordable for a New Year's Eve stay.

The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked and the traffic noise from the street made it difficult to relax and sleep. the staff didn't seem overly concerned with our comfort and didn't respond when we tried to address our concerns.

The hotel is located in a rapidly developing area with modern buildings. the cafe and restaurant have contemporary decor and serve a delicious breakfast with homemade organic ingredients. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer uninterrupted, peaceful sleep. Fascinating channels including international news are displayed on the TV. Even the toilets in the cafe are clean.

The hotel lacks history which could be a drawback for those who are interested in the same.
